Hardware, Network, and Services- What are the best ways to acquire and adjust our infrastructure to support learning and teaching?
Assessment- How are we doing with impact on student learning, and all related supporting elements?
Funding and Budget- What are the implications of teaching and learning needs on the budget, and of budget constraints on teaching and learning possibilities?

Look other places to get wisdom from the world- Get people out to visit Binghamton, Horseheads, Oswego, North Syracuse, etc.
Are there consultants who might advise us?
Policies and Procedures- How do we make all aware of our Acceptable Use Policy? How do we ensure that all are aware of and use the vetted talent release for student photos and work?
